糖尿病患者实施社区医院用药指导的安全性及有效性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析糖尿病患者实施社区医院用药指导的安全性及有效性。方法 90例糖尿病患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组实施常规用药指导,研究组实施社区医院用药指导。比较两组患者指导前后血糖指标及用药依从性,不良事件发生情况,满意度。结果 指导后,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及用药依从性差占比较本组指导前下降,且研究组患者的空腹血糖(5.77±0.41)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.12±0.69)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.12±0.17)%、用药依从性差占比0低于对照组的(7.01±0.65)mmol/L、(8.35±1.04)mmol/L、(6.94±0.18)%、13.33%(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良事件发生率4.44%低于对照组的24.44%(P<0.05)。研究组患者总满意率100.00%高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者实施社区医院用药指导可有效控制其血糖水平稳定,提升用药依从性、满意度,减少不良事件的发生,效果理想。Objective To analyze the safety and effectiveness of medication guidance in community hospitals for diabetes patients.Methods 90 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group took conventional medication guidance,and the research group took medication guidance from community hospitals.The blood glucose indicators and medication compliance before and after guidance,adverse events and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After guidance,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin level and percentage of poor medication compliance in both groups decreased compared to those before guidance;in the research group,the fasting blood glucose was(5.77±0.41) mmol/L,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose was(7.12±0.69) mmol/L,the glycosylated hemoglobin was(6.12±0.17) %,and the percentage of poor medication compliance was 0,which were lower than(7.01±0.65) mmol/L,(8.35±1.04) mmol/L,(6.94±0.18) %,and 13.33% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of 4.44% in the research group was lower than 24.44% in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of 100.00% in the research group was higher than 86.67% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of medication guidance in community hospitals for diabetes patients can significantly stable patients' blood glucose level,improve medication compliance,reduce adverse event,and the effect is ideal.
