摘  要:目的 探讨某妇儿医院住院药房基于条码化系统住院注射剂摆药流程优化的实践效果。方法 对2020年6~12月(传统摆药单人工取药)、2021年1~6月[便携式数据助理(PDA)扫码下架]、2021年7月~2022年6月(集中摆药模式下的药品调剂流程)的调剂内差(不出门差错或被病区复核发现错)率、出门差错率、日均调剂人员数量及人员上班总时长进行数据汇总,分析基于条码化系统住院注射剂摆药流程优化的成效。结果 流程优化后,缩短了调剂时间,提高了调剂效率,保证了调剂品种、数量的准确性,差错率大幅下降。2021年1月住院注射剂摆药开始使用PDA扫码下架,品种错误大幅降低;2021年7月起,启用新调剂流程摆药,品种错误及数量错误进一步大幅度降低。优化后调剂内差率由0.100%降低至0.016%。日均调剂总耗时由11.0 h缩短为优化后的5.5 h;科室平均调剂耗时由18.33 min缩短为优化后的9.17 min,住院药房整体调剂效率提高。结论 某院住院药房基于条码化系统住院注射剂摆药流程优化后,改变了传统的药品调剂模式,提升了药品调剂效率与准确性,优化了人力资源,提升了员工的幸福指数与满意度。Objective To explore the practical effect of inpatient injection dispensing process optimization based on barcode system in an inpatient pharmacy in a hospital.Methods The data on the dispensing error rate(non departure error or error discovered by ward review),departure error rate,daily average number of dispensing personnel,and total working hours of personnel from June to December 2020(traditional dispensing list with manual dispensing),January to June 2021 [personal digital assistant(PDA) scanning and delisting],and July 2021 to June 2022(centralized dispensing mode of drug dispensing process) was collected,and the effectiveness of the inpatient injection dispensing process based on the barcode system of inpatient pharmacy was analyzed.Results After optimizing the process,the dispensing time was shortened,the dispensing efficiency was improved,the accuracy of the dispensing variety and quantity was ensured,and the error rate was greatly reduced.After optimization,the in-dispensing error rate was reduced from 0.100% to 0.016%.The total daily dispensing time was reduced from 11.0 h to 5.5 h after optimization.The average dispensing time of departments was shortened from 18.33 min to 9.17 min after optimization,and the overall dispensing efficiency of inpatient pharmacy was improved.In January 2021,the inpatient injection dispensing began to use PDA scanning code and delisting,and the variety error was greatly reduced;in July 2021,the new dispensing process was activated,and variety errors and quantity errors were further reduced significantly.After optimization,the internal difference decreased from 0.109% to 0.016% compared with the same period before optimization,the daily deployment time decreased to 5.5 h compared with 11h before optimization,and the average time spent in departments decreased to 9.17 min compared with 18.33min before optimization.Conclusion After optimizing the process of inpatient injection dispensing based on barcode system,the traditional drug dispensing mode is changed,the efficiency a
