高流量吸氧在老年人呼吸系统健康管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的 观察在老年人呼吸系统健康管理中实施高流量吸氧的作用。方法 选取64例呼吸衰竭患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组(采用常规治疗)与观察组(采用高流量吸氧治疗),每组32例。对比两组血气分析指标、气道湿化效果及临床疗效。结果 观察组的血氧分压(95.26±4.35)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、血二氧化碳分压(36.81±1.43)mm Hg及血氧饱和度(94.39±3.82)%均优于对照组的(90.13±3.56)mm Hg、(41.26±3.21)mm Hg、(89.61±5.17)%,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的咳嗽难易程度、痰液性状评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的咳嗽难易程度评分(1.23±0.12)分、痰液性状评分(1.53±0.43)分均比对照组的(2.45±0.44)、(2.45±0.38)分低,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.88%(31/32)高于对照组的75.00%(24/32),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 高流量吸氧应用于老年人呼吸系统健康管理的优势突出,尤其是对老年呼吸衰竭患者而言,能够改善血气指标,稀释痰液,强化临床疗效,值得重视并推广应用于临床中。Objective To observe the role of high-flow oxygen inhalation in the management of respiratory health in the elderly.Methods 64 patients with respiratory failure were divided into a control group(conventional treatment) and an observation group(high-flow oxygen inhalation) using a random number table method,each consisting of 32 paitents.The blood gas analysis indicators,airway humidification effect and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the partial pressure of oxygen was(95.26±4.35) mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),the partial pressure of carbon dioxide was(36.81±1.43) mm Hg and the blood oxygen saturation was(94.39±3.82) %,which were better than(90.13±3.56) mm Hg,(41.26±3.21) mm Hg and(89.61±5.17) % in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cough difficulty and sputum trait scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the cough difficulty and sputum trait scores were(1.23±0.12) and(1.53±0.43) points in the observation group,which were lower than(2.45±0.44) and(2.45±0.38) points in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%(31/32),which was higher than 75.00%(24/32) of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-flow oxygen inhalation has outstanding advantages in the management of respiratory health in the elderly,especially for elderly patients with respiratory failure.It can improve blood gas indicators,dilute sputum,and enhance clinical efficacy.It is worth paying attention to and promoting its application in clinical practice.
