元胡止痛胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎的有效性分析

摘　　要：目的 研究膝骨性关节炎应用元胡止痛胶囊治疗的效果。方法 89例膝骨性关节炎患者,按奇偶数方式分为常规组(45例)和实验组(44例)。常规组患者采用双氯芬酸钠治疗,实验组患者采用元胡止痛胶囊治疗。比较两组疼痛情况、膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分及用药不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗7、15 d,实验组疼痛评分(4.19±0.21)、(1.12±0.35)分均低于常规组的(5.02±0.58)、(3.18±0.26)分,疼痛持续时长(2.90±0.14)、(0.52±0.11)h/d均短于常规组的(3.25±0.25)、(1.71±0.30)h/d,差异明显(P<0.05)。治疗7、15 d,实验组膝关节关节屈曲度(70.48±2.19)、(93.60±4.25)°和关节伸展度(13.58±1.43)、(15.67±0.94)°均大于常规组的(52.69±7.43)、(87.60±5.42)°和(11.18±1.60)、(13.90±1.28)°,差异明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组膝关节功能评分为(80.56±1.95)分,高于常规组的(74.25±2.60)分,差异明显(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为4.55%(2/44),低于常规组的20.00%(9/45),差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 元胡止痛胶囊用于膝骨性关节炎治疗中,能明显缓解患肢疼痛情况,改善膝关节活动度及运动功能,用药安全性良好。Objective To study the effect of Yuanhu Zhitong Capsule in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods 89 patients with knee osteoarthritis were assigned into the conventional group(45 cases) and the experimental group(44 cases) according to odd even numbers.Patients in the conventional group were treated with diclofenac sodium,while patients in the experimental group were treated with Yuanhu Zhitong Capsules.The pain,knee range of motion,knee function score and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 and 15 d of treatment,the pain scores of the experimental group were(4.19±0.21)and(1.12±0.35) points,which were lower than(5.02±0.58) and(3.18±0.26) points of the conventional group;the pain duration of the experimental group were(2.90±0.14) and(0.52±0.11) h/d,which were shorter than(3.25±0.25) and(1.71±0.30) h/d of the conventional group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).After 7 and 15 d of treatment,the knee flexion of the experimental group were(70.48±2.19) and(93.60±4.25)°,and the knee extension were(13.58±1.43) and(15.67±0.94)°,which were greater than(52.69±7.43),(87.60±5.42)°and(11.18±1.60),(13.90±1.28)° in the conventional group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the knee function score of the experimental group was(80.56±1.95) points,which was higher tha(74.25±2.60)n points of the conventional group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 4.55%(2/44) in the experimental group,which was lower than 20.00%(9/45) in the conventional group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yuanhu Zhitong Capsule is safe to use in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can significantly alleviate limb pain,improve knee range of motion and motor function with high safety profile.
