当归芍药散治疗经行头痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察当归芍药散治疗经行头痛的临床疗效。方法:将80例经行头痛患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规推拿疗法,研究组在常规推拿的基础上加用当归芍药散治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状积分和舒适度评分。结果:两组患者治疗后各项临床症状积分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有效率为85.00%,对照组有效率为72.50%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后各项舒适度评分高于本组治疗前,且治疗后研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归芍药散治疗经行头痛临床疗效确切,可改善患者的临床症状,提高生活舒适度。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder on menstrual headache.Methods:A total of 80 patients with menstrual headache were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine massage therapy,while the study group was treated with Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder in addition to routine massage therapy.Clinical efficacy,symptom scores,and comfort level scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Post-treatment symptom scores were lower in both groups compared to their pre-treatment scores,with the study group showing significantly lower scores than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 85.00%in the study group and 72.50%in the control group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Post-treatment comfort scores were also higher in both groups,with the study group scoring higher than those of the control group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder demonstrates significant efficacy in treating menstrual headache,which alleviates clinical symptoms,and enhances patient′s comfort.
