摘　　要：随着设备IP化的发展,传统电信业务因线路维护难、桥架占用率高等因素,在学校信息化建设发展中遇到了瓶颈,而网络协议通话技术(Voice over Internet Protocol,VoIP)将作为主流通信手段,发挥重要作用。在新校区电信业务建设中,本文针对传统电信业务网的拓展问题,对IP电话与PSTN电话在新校园网体系建设中应用的技术进行了探讨与验证,希望可以为校园通信业务的开展提供支持,确保校园通信业务的健康发展。With the development of IP-based equipment,traditional telecommunication services have encountered bottlenecks in the development of school informatization due to difficult line maintenance and high bridge occupancy,while voice over internet protocol(VoIP)will play an important role as a mainstream means of communication.In the construction of telecommunication services in the new campus,this paper discusses and verifies the technology applied to IP telephony and PSTN telephony in the construction of the new campus network system in view of the expansion of traditional telecommunication service network,hoping that it can provide support for the development of campus communication services and ensure the healthy development of campus communication services.
