摘 要:斜拉桥塔梁同步施工是桥梁建设中的关键工艺,关系到桥梁整体结构的安全和稳定。由于斜拉桥塔梁同步施工的复杂性,信息化控制技术在施工中得到了广泛应用。本文从塔梁同步施工的关键技术出发,分析了信息化控制系统的组成与功能、数据采集与处理、监测与反馈机制,探讨了信息化控制技术的实施策略,包括前期准备、施工过程中的控制措施和施工后的评估与优化。研究表明,信息化控制技术在提高塔梁同步施工精度、保障施工安全、优化施工工序等方面具有重要作用,为斜拉桥施工提供了有效的技术支持。Synchronous construction of cable-stayed bridge tower beams is a key process in bridge construction,which is related to the safety and stability of the overall structure of the bridge.Due to the complexity of synchronized tower and girder construction of cable-stayed bridges,information control technology has been widely used in construction.Starting from the key technologies of synchronous construction of tower and beam,this article analyzes the composition and functions,data acquisition and processing,monitoring and feedback mechanisms of information control systems,and explores the implementation strategies of information control technology,including pre preparation,control measures during the construction process,and post construction evaluation and optimization.Research has shown that information control technology plays an important role in improving the accuracy of tower beam synchronous construction,ensuring construction safety,optimizing construction processes,and providing effective technical support for cable-stayed bridge construction.
