摘　　要：随着现代化信息技术的飞速发展,建筑行业正逐步迈向智能化、信息化的全新阶段,从而催生了建筑楼宇智能化的概念。基于此,本文以电子信息技术和楼宇智能化技术的概念为出发点,旨在探究电子信息技术在建筑楼宇智能化工程中的应用价值以及具体应用模式,为建筑楼宇智能化工程建设提供理论依据与技术支持。With the rapid development of modern information technology,the construction industry is gradually moving towards a new stage of intelligentization and informationization,thus giving rise to the concept of building building intelligence.Based on this,this paper takes the concept of electronic information technology and building intelligent technology as the starting point,and aims to explore the application value and specific application mode of electronic information technology in building intelligent engineering,so as to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the construction of building intelligent engineering.
