科技档案管理工作中大数据技术的运用分析

摘　　要：近年来,由于人力、物力、制度和资源等方面的匮乏与不足,科技档案管理工作存在诸多问题,如档案分类混乱、信息化水平不高、档案保密意识淡薄等,这些问题不仅影响了事业单位自身的管理效率,还阻碍了其长远发展。基于此,文章简要分析了做好科技档案管理工作的意义,并从目前科技档案管理存在的问题与不足出发,提出了运用大数据技术做好科技档案管理工作的具体措施。In recent years,due to the lack of manpower,material resources,system and resources and the insufficiency,technology archives management problems,such as file classification chaos,information level is not high,file confidentiality consciousness,etc.,these problems not only affect the institution of its own management efficiency,but also hinder its long-term development.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the significance of science and technology archives management,and starts from the existing problems and deficiencies of science and technology archives management,and puts forward the specific measures to do a good job of science and technology archives management.
