麻杏苏止咳贴穴位贴敷联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗肺炎支原体肺炎抗感染后咳嗽的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨麻杏苏止咳贴结合布地奈德对肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)抗感染后咳嗽的治疗效果。方法:选取106例MPP抗感染后咳嗽患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,实验组联合麻杏苏止咳贴穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床指标、治疗前后咳嗽症状评分、治疗前后炎性因子水平。结果:实验组总有效率为94.34%,显著高于对照组的81.13%(x^(2)=4.296,P=0.038),实验组咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组中医咳嗽症状评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组低于对照组(t=24.457,P<0.001)。治疗前两组CRP、PCT、IL-6水平无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组不良反应为3.77%,显著低于对照组的15.09%(x^(2)=3.975,P=0.046)。结论:肺炎支原体肺炎抗感染后咳嗽患儿给予麻杏苏止咳贴穴位贴敷联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗可有效提高临床疗效,减轻机体炎症水平,缓解咳嗽的症状。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Maxingsu cough patch combined with budesonide on cough after mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)infection.Methods:106 children with cough after MPP anti-infection were divided into experimental and control grouprandomly.The control group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment,and the other group was combined with Maxingsu cough patch acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,clinical indexes,cough symptom score before and after treatment,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the them.Results:The total effective rate was 94.34%in experimental group.It was significantly higher than the control group 81.13%(x^(2)=4.296,P=0.038).The duration of cough disappearance,rales disappearance and hospital stay in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).Before treatment there was no significant difference in TCM cough symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the experimental group was lower than the control group(t=24.457,P<0.001).Before treatment there was no significant difference in CRP,PCT and IL-6 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reaction of the experimental group was 3.77%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(15.09%)(x^(2)=3.975,P=0.046).Conclusion:Acupoint application of Maxingsu cough patch combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation can effectively improve the clinical effect,reduce the level of inflammation and relieve the symptoms of cough in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia after anti-infection.
