胃炎一号膏联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征(肝气犯胃型)的效果评价研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析胃炎一号膏联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征(肝气犯胃型)的效果。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年3月收治的120例功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征(肝气犯胃型)患者随机分为西药组、中药组、联合组,比较三组患者临床疗效,治疗前后中医症状评分、NDI量表评分。结果:联合组患者临床疗效总有效率显著高于中药组和西药组,治疗前三组患者中医症状评分(胃脘痛、脘腹胀满、嗳气反酸、呃逆、不欲饮食)、NDI评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后联合组中医症状评分、NDI评分均显著低于中药组和西药组(P<0.05),联合组症状缓解时间短于西药组、中药组(P<0.05)。结论:胃炎一号膏联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征(肝气犯胃型)患者可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者上腹痛等临床症状,提高生活质量,降低复发率,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of Gastritis No.1 Ointment combined with esomeprazole on functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome(liver-qi invading stomach type).Methods:120 patients with functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome(liver-qi invading stomach type)admitted from February 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into western medicine group,traditional Chinese medicine group and combined group.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores and NDI scale scores before and after treatment were compared between the three groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher compared to both the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group.Prior to treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM symptom scores(epigastric pain,abdominal distension,belching and acid reflux,hiccup,loss of appetite)and NDI scores among the three groups(P>0.05).Following treatment,the TCM symptom score and NDI score in the combined group showed a significant decrease compared to both the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05),while also exhibiting a shorter duration for symptom remission than that observed in either the western medicine or Chinese medicine groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastritis No.1 Ointment combined with esomepazole in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome(liver-qi intrusion-stomach type)can significantly improve clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms such as upper abdominal pain,improve quality of life,and the key is to reduce the recurrence rate,so it is recommended to be promoted in clinical practice.
