摘  要:以不同含量Fe_(2)O_(3)(质量分数为4%、6%、8%、10%)的煤基活性焦为研究对象,采用浸渍法将负载改性的煤基活性焦进行柱状成型,探究不同负载量下Fe_(2)O_(3)/LAC(Lignite Activated Coke)的脱硝效率。实验结果表明:w(Fe_(2)O_(3))=8%时,Fe_(2)O_(3)/LAC脱硝效率最高可达77.5%,抗水抗硫中脱硫效率保持在60%~90%,通入H_(2)O后脱硝效率最低降至51.2%,停止供H_(2)O恢复至56%;活性焦吸附脱附曲线均为Ⅰ型吸附曲线H_(4)滞后环,所含氧化物以Fe_(2)O_(3)为主,还有少量的TiO_(2)和MnO。Coal based activated coke with different contents of Fe_(2)O_(3)(mass fractions of 4%,6%,8%,and 10%)was taken as the research object.The impregnation method was used to shape the loaded modified coal based activated coke into columns,and the denitrification efficiency of Fe_(2)O_(3)/LAC(Lignite Activated Coke)under different loading amounts was investigated.The experimental results show that when w(Fe)=8%,the highest denitrification efficiency of Fe_(2)O_(3)/LAC can reach 77.5%,and the desulfurization efficiency in water and sulfur resistance remains at 60%~90%.After introducing H_(2)O,the denitrification efficiency drops to a minimum of 51.2%,and when H_(2)O supply is stopped,it returns to 56%.The adsorption and desorption curves of activated coke are all Type I adsorption curves with H_(4)hysteresis loops,containing mainly Fe_(2)O_(3)oxides and a small amount of TiO_(2)and MnO.
