摘 要:以邢台地区的葛泉煤矿、邢东煤矿、邢台煤矿和东庞煤矿的典型煤样为例,进行工业分析、元素分析、全硫、镜质组反射率、黏结性和胶质层等试验,确定煤阶后,依据GB/T 1341—2007《煤的格金低温干馏试验方法》开展低温干馏测试工作,对半焦产率、焦油产率和水产率的实验结果进行归纳总结。结果表明,这4种煤样均为低阶煤,焦油产率较低,半焦产率高,适合用作高热值无烟燃料和炼焦配煤添加剂。Taking typical coal samples from Gequan Coal Mine,Xingdong Coal Mine,Xingtai Coal Mine,and Dongpang Coal Mine in Xingtai area as examples,industrial analysis,elemental analysis,total sulfur,vitrinite reflectance,cohesiveness,and gelatinous layer tests were conducted to determine the coal rank.According to GB/T 1341-2007 Grey-King Low Temperature Dry Distillation Test Method for Coal,low-temperature dry distillation tests were carried out to summarize the experimental results of semi coke yield,tar yield,and water yield.The results showed that all four coal samples were low rank coal with low tar yield and high semi coke yield,suitable for use as high calorific value smokeless fuel and coking coal blending additive.
