摘  要:针对某钢厂轧制批号243203625的Φ50 mm GCr15原材在尾料距尾端部3 m左右处探伤发现的点状缺陷进行了详细的观察与分析。通过体视显微镜和金相检测等手段,对缺陷的形貌、尺寸、分布及周围组织结构进行了全面研究。结果表明,该缺陷主要为缩孔未轧合形成的微裂纹,且存在过热魏氏组织。基于上述分析,提出了对连铸或轧钢加热工艺进行优化的建议,以期减少类似缺陷的产生,提高产品质量。A detailed observation and analysis were conducted on the spot defects found during the non-destructive testing of the raw material with a diameter of 50 mm GCr15 and a rolling batch number of 243203625 at a distance of about 3 meters from the tail end of a steel plant.A comprehensive study was conducted on the morphology,size,distribution,and surrounding tissue structure of defects through methods such as stereomicroscope and metallographic examination.The results indicate that the defect is mainly caused by microcracks formed by shrinkage cavities that have not been rolled,and there is an overheated Weibull structure present.Based on the above analysis,suggestions for optimizing the heating process of continuous casting or rolling steel are proposed in order to reduce the occurrence of similar defects and improve product quality.
