摘 要:镁合金各层间的各向异性对钻削加工影响很大。采用电镀金刚石钻头与硬质合金麻花钻进行镁合金钻削测试,设计了相应的正交方案来判断刀具材质、钻削参数引起的钻削力与钻削损伤变化。通过优化确定最小轴向力条件:转速为6 000 r/min、进给速度为25 mm/min、刀具采用麻花钻。各项加工参数对轴向力的影响程度依次为:刀具、进给速度和转速。该研究有助于提高智能制造钻削效率,可拓宽到其他的机加工领域。The anisotropy between layers of fiber reinforced composite Mg has great influence on drilling process.The electroplated diamond bit and carbide twist drill were used to test Mg drilling,and the corresponding orthogonal scheme was designed to judge the changes of drilling force and drilling damage caused by cutting tool material and drilling parameters.The results show that the optimum conditions for determining the minimum axial force are as follows:speed 6000 r/min,feed speed 25 mm/min,twist drill.Each processing parameter has an effect on the axial force:cutting tool,feed speed,speed.The research is helpful to improve the drilling efficiency of intelligent manufacturing and can be extended to other machining fields.
