摘 要:为了摸清金属粉尘的燃爆特性,有针对性的预防金属粉尘爆炸事故,以某企业车间的金属粉尘为分析对象,对金属粉尘的燃爆特性进行了研究。结果表明:金属粉尘的最低点燃能量随粉尘直径的增加而增加,随粉尘浓度的增加先降低后升高;金属粉尘的爆炸压力随粉尘直径的增加而降低,随粉尘浓度的增加则先升高后降低。因此工业生产过程中需要采取措施,一方面增加金属粉尘颗粒直径,另一方面则需要对浓度进行监测,避免粉尘浓度接近爆炸临界点,提高工业生产的安全性。In order to understand the combustion and explosion characteristics of metal dust and prevent metal dust explosion accidents in a targeted manner,the combustion and explosion characteristics of metal dust in a workshop of a certain enterprise were studied.The results show that the minimum ignition energy of metal dust increases with the increase of dust diameter,and first decreases and then increases with the increase of dust concentration.The explosion pressure of metal dust decreases with the increase of dust diameter,and first increases and then decreases with the increase of dust concentration.Therefore,measures need to be taken in the industrial production process,on the one hand,to increase the diameter of metal dust particles,and on the other hand,to monitor the concentration to avoid dust concentration approaching the critical point of explosion and improve the safety of industrial production.
