摘　　要：以板坯连铸机扇形段更换起吊过程为例,分析了不同工况时起吊扇形段的影响因子,推导了所需要的提升最大静载,最终得出了天车能力估算公式,为行车的选型提供了依据。As the example of segment lifting replacement process in Slab Caster,the influence factor of lifting segment in different working conditions is analyzed,the maximum static load required for lifting is derived,and finally the overhead crane capacity estimation formula is derived,which provides a basis for the selection of crane.
