摘 要:在确定氧气转炉炼钢车间的总体布局和工艺流程时,必须精心设计、对多方案进行比较、处理好车间内外部各环节的衔接关系。起重机作为车间的重要机械设备,对其进行合理的选择尤为重要。转炉车间起重机作业率及重量计算指导书主要内容包括起重机起重量的选择及在各跨布置的台数及作业率的计算。该计算指导书可指导转炉车间起重机的选择,统一起重机的作业率和起重量的计算。When determining the overall layout and process flow of the oxygen converter steelmaking workshop,it is necessary to carefully design,compare multiple schemes,and handle the connection between various links inside and outside the workshop.As an important mechanical equipment in the workshop,it is particularly important to choose the crane reasonably.The main content of the guidebook for calculating the operating rate and weight of the converter workshop crane includes the selection of the lifting capacity of the crane and the calculation of the number of cranes arranged at each span and the operating rate.This calculation guide can guide the selection of cranes in the converter workshop,unify the calculation of crane operating rate and lifting capacity.
