摘 要:探讨了1580 m^(3)高炉制粉喷吹系统关键技术的创新改进,包括全自动原煤储运、一级布袋收粉工艺、四罐并列喷吹技术及先进的智能喷吹系统,这些技术实现了喷煤流程的全面自动化和智能化。特别强调了该喷吹系统氮气回收再利用和安全防爆措施,以增强经济、安全和环保性能。综合应用这些技术,显著提升了喷煤效率,同时减少了能源消耗和生产成本,为钢铁行业实现高效生产和环境可持续发展提供了坚实的技术基础。This article explores the innovative improvements in key technologies of the 1580 m^(3)blast furnace powder injection system,including fully automatic raw coal storage and transportation,first level bag powder collection process,four tank parallel injection technology,and advanced intelligent injection system.These technologies have achieved comprehensive automation and intelligence of the coal injection process.Special emphasis was placed on the nitrogen recovery and reuse of the injection system,as well as safety and explosion prevention measures,to enhance its economic,safety,and environmental performance.The comprehensive application of these technologies has significantly improved the efficiency of coal injection,while reducing energy consumption and production costs,providing a solid technological foundation for the steel industry to achieve efficient production and sustainable environmental development.
