摘　　要：山西宏达钢铁集团轧钢二厂生产线升级改造转型为优特钢生产线,该项目建设周期短,建设投资低。改造后的生产线采用多级控冷控轧工艺,配备了先进的核心设备,包括模块轧机、穿水冷却设备和围盘以及吐丝机等,这些设备对于提升生产效率和产品质量至关重要。通过升级改造,生产线装备水平明显提高,为优特钢的生产奠定了基础。The production line of Shanxi Hongda Steel Rolling Plant 2 has been upgraded and transformed into a special steel production line,which has a short construction period and low construction investment.The renovated production line adopts a multi-stage controlled cooling and rolling process,equipped with advanced core equipment,including modular rolling mills,water cooling equipment,and coiling and spinning machines,which are crucial for improving production efficiency and product quality.Through upgrading and transformation,the equipment level of the production line has been significantly improved,laying the foundation for the production of special steel.
