摘  要:阳春新钢铁有限责任公司一棒生产线Ф12 mm螺纹钢三切分轧制工艺在生产实践中生产效率低,日产仅有2700 t左右,远低于炼钢1号铸机产能,导致热送热装率较低、能耗浪费较大,且严重制约了公司产能的提升。鉴于此,一棒轧线通过利旧现有设备,成功将Ф12 mm螺纹钢生产工艺由三切分改进为四切分,改造后不仅提升了生产效率,而且切分线差较小、产品精度稳定受控,具有较强的借鉴参考意义。In the production practice of the three section rolling process of Ф12mm threaded steel for the first bar production line of Yangchun New Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the production efficiency is low,with a daily output of only about 2700 tons,far lower than the production capacity of the No.1 steelmaking casting machine.This has led to a low hot delivery and charging rate,significant energy waste,and seriously hindered the company's capacity improvement.In view of this,this article introduces the successful improvement of the production process ofФ12mm threaded steel from three cutting to four cutting by utilizing old existing equipment on a rolling line.After the transformation,not only has the production efficiency been improved,but also the cutting line difference is small and the product accuracy is stable and controlled,which has strong reference significance.
