绿色发展理念下的钢铁企业转炉增产降耗升级改造工艺探究

摘　　要：基于当前绿色发展理念的持续落实,相关钢铁企业应当遵循“高效、节能、环保、绿色”的原则,促使转炉生产实现降耗目标,通过合理进行总体布局,引进先进技术手段,确保生产技术设备装备水平及生产过程控制管理水平达到和谐统一。鉴于此,以钢铁企业生产为背景,分析在绿色发展理念下,如何实现转炉增产降耗升级改造,并提出具体工艺要点,为相关人员提供借鉴和参考。Based on the continuous implementation of the current green development concept,relevant steel enterprises should follow the principles of"high efficiency,energy conservation,environmental protection,and green",promote converter production to achieve consumption reduction goals,and ensure the harmonious unity of production technology equipment and production process control management level through reasonable overall layout and introduction of advanced technological means.In view of this,taking the production of steel enterprises as the background,this article analyzes how to achieve the upgrading and transformation of converter production increase and consumption reduction under the concept of green development,and proposes specific process points to provide reference and guidance for relevant personnel.
