摘　　要：以某炼铁厂布袋除尘器设备为研究对象,介绍了高炉布袋除尘系统的结构体系和布袋除尘系统的检测鉴定内容,对布袋除尘器的地基基础系统、混凝土抗压强度、钢材抗拉强度、钢结构构件涂层厚度和结构整体倾斜变形等进行检测,并就布袋除尘器设备结构安全进行评级。结果表明:布袋除尘器可靠性鉴定评级为三级。研究方法对布袋除尘器设备结构安全性检测具有借鉴意义。Taking the bag filter equipment of a certain ironmaking plant as the research object,this paper introduces the structural system of the blast furnace bag filter system and the detection and identification content of the bag filter system.The foundation system,concrete compressive strength,steel tensile strength,steel structure component coating thickness,and overall structural tilt deformation of the bag filter were tested,and the structural safety of the bag filter equipment was rated.The results indicate that the reliability assessment rating of the bag filter is level three.The research method has reference significance for the structural safety testing of bag filter equipment.
