摘　　要：竖炉球团齿辊装置是竖炉运行的关键设备设施,运行中出现齿辊辊子断裂、辊圈掉块本体质量缺陷,以及设备检修后出现齿辊阻力大、液压缸易泄露、设备内部隐蔽结构件安装后不到周期便出现磨损漏水等故障问题,对生产工艺过程控制、产量和质量需求、检维修组织及成本造成很大影响。结合以上问题进行认真分析和研究,从源头控制辊子质量,同时加强齿辊装置中润滑系统、零部件安装尺寸、安装步骤顺序的优化,严格控制检修过程的验收及细节数据,提高设备稳定可靠运行,确保生产过程的稳定。The toothed roller device for shaft furnace pelletizing is the key equipment and facilities for shaft furnace operation.During the operation,the toothed roller is broken,the quality defects of the roller ring are broken,and the toothed roller has great resistance after equipment maintenance,the hydraulic cylinder is easy to leak,and the hidden structural parts in the equipment are worn and leaked within a short period after installation,which has a great impact on the production process control,output and quality requirements,maintenance organization and cost.Combined with the above problems,the quality of the roller should be controlled from the source,and the optimization of lubrication system,parts installation size,installation and step sequence in the toothed roller device should be strengthened,and the acceptance and detailed data of the maintenance process should be strictly controlled to improve the stable and reliable operation of the equipment and ensure the stability of the production process.
