摘  要:针对干熄焦炉炉衬结构在实际运行中的损坏现象进行深入分析,指出了炉衬设计中的固有缺陷,如斜道牛腿砖损坏和环形风道损坏,重点对其损坏机理进行探究,并提出了相应的改进方法。斜道牛腿砖的改进方案包括增加倾斜角度实现垂直支撑,以及采用间隔式支撑减少耐火砖承受的内应力。在环形风道内筒砖设计方面,针对支架的变形和膨胀问题,对材料厚度及砖型设计进行了优化,并引入干法砌筑技术,以及添加陶瓷纤维纸和挡墙来降低热应力损害。在改造完成后,干熄焦炉的使用寿命和可靠性得以提升。In depth analysis is conducted on the damage phenomenon of the lining structure of dry quenching coke oven in actual operation,and inherent defects in the lining design are pointed out,such as the damage of inclined cow leg bricks and annular air ducts.The focus is on exploring its damage mechanism and proposing corresponding improvement methods.The improvement plan for inclined cow leg bricks includes increasing the inclination angle to vertical support and adopting interval support to reduce the internal stress borne by refractory bricks.In terms of the design of cylindrical bricks in the annular air duct,the material thickness and brick design were optimized to address the deformation and expansion issues of the support.Dry masonry technology was introduced,and ceramic fiber paper and retaining walls were added to reduce thermal stress damage.After the renovation is completed,the service life and reliability of the dry quenching coke oven are enhanced.
