摘  要:油液弹性模量对液压系统动态特性的影响不可忽略,尤其是高压工况下。以闭式泵控马达液压系统为测试对象,测试了各个油液弹性模量条件下的系统动态响应性能,同时利用控制器来完成优化过程。研究结果表明:系统在3种油液弹性模量下都可以保持稳定状态;在油液弹性模量为1396MPa与1593MPa时,形成了非常接近的时域参数,都没有发生超调的现象,上升与调整时间一致,而频域指标存在一定的差异,此时系统获得了较大幅值裕度与相位裕度,达到了更稳定状态。对油液弹性模量为1396MPa的系统进行优化,经过优化处理的系统上升控制过程与调整的时间依次是1.55s与5.32s,与初始系统相比都发生了大幅缩短。利用控制器来显著提升系统响应能力,并且超调量也能够达到设计要求。该研究对相关液压系统的动态特征分析以及精确控制具有很好的指导价值。The influence of the elastic modulus of oil on the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system can not be ignored,especially under high pressure conditions.Taking the closed pump-controlled motor hydraulic system as the test object,the dynamic response performance of the system under the elastic modulus of each oil is tested,and the controller is used to complete the optimization process.The results show that the system can maintain stable state under three kinds of elastic modulus of oil.When the elastic modulus of the oil is 1396MPa and 1593MPa,the time-domain parameters are very close to each other,and there is no overshot.The rising time is consistent with the adjustment time,while the frequency domain indexes are somewhat different.At this time,the system obtains large value margin and phase margin,and reaches a more stable state.The system with the elastic modulus of oil of 1396MPa was optimized,and the rise control process and adjustment time of the optimized system were 1.55s and 5.32s respectively,which were greatly shortened compared with the initial system.The controller is used to significantly improve the system responsiveness,and the overshoot can also meet the design requirements.The research has a very good guiding value for the dynamic characteristic analysis and accurate control of the related hydraulic system.
