摘 要:为了预测板材冲压是否发生破裂和破裂产生的位置,在万能材料试验机上对SS316L不锈钢板材试样进行单轴拉伸试验,根据体积不变原理得到真实应力应变曲线,并使用Origin拟合曲线得到SS316L不锈钢的各项性能参数。编写了基于Hill′48-Normalized Cockcroft&Latham损伤断裂模型的VUMAT子程序,导入到Abaqus中二次开发。通过杯突仿真与试验,对比得出使用Hill′48-Normalized Cockcroft&Latham损伤断裂模型能够准确地预测板材是否破裂与破裂位置。因此,Hill′48-Normalized Cockcroft&Latham损伤断裂模型可以指导冲压工艺的设计,并对实际冲压中的破裂预测有较大的帮助。In order to predict whether the sheet metal is cracked and the location of the crack,the SS316L stainless steel sheet samples were subjected to uniaxial tensile test on the universal material testing machine.The real stress-strain curve was obtained according to the volume invariable principle,and the performance parameters of SS316L stainless steel were obtained by using the Origin fitting curve.A VUMAT subroutine based on Hill′48-Normalized Cockcroft&Latham damage and fracture model was written and imported into Abaqus for secondary development.Based on the simulation and experiment,the Hill′48-Normalized Cockcroft&Latham damage and fracture model can accurately predict the fracture location and whether the plate is broken.Therefore,the Hill′48-Normalized Cockcroft&Latham damage and fracture model can guide the design of stamping process and be helpful for the prediction of actual stamping failure.
