乡村振兴背景下辽宁农业实质性产学研联盟建设研究——以辽宁省经济作物研究所为例

摘　　要：以辽宁省经济作物研究所为案例,深入探讨农业实质性产学研联盟的建设情况。通过对辽宁源丰有机杂粮产业产学研联盟和辽宁龙宝参茸中药材生态种植产学研联盟进行实地调研,分析企业、高校和科研院所在联盟中的各自基础条件、优势、需求及面临的挑战。在此基础上,提出在乡村振兴战略背景下针对农业实质性产学研联盟建设的对策,旨在优化联盟的运作机制,强化各方的合作,以促进资源共享和优势互补,更有效地推动乡村全面和全方位振兴,从而为实现农业现代化和乡村可持续发展提供理论支持与实践指导。This paper takes Liaoning Research Institute of Cash Crops as a case study to deeply explore the construction of agricultural substantive industry-academia-research alliances.Through the field investigation of Liaoning Yuanfeng organic grain industry Alliance and Liaoning Longbao Ginseng Antler ecological planting alliance,this paper analyzes the basic conditions,advantages,needs and challenges of enterprises,universities and research institutes in the alliance.On this basis,it puts forwards countermeasures for the construction of agricultural substantive industry-university-research alliance under the background of rural revitalization strategy,aiming to optimize the operation mechanism of the alliance,strengthen cooperation among all parties,promote resource sharing and complementary advantages,more effectively promote comprehensive and all-round rural revitalization,thus provide theoretical support and practical guidance for realizing agricultural modernization and sustainable rural development.
