葆宫止血颗粒联合宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉所致异常子宫出血的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究葆宫止血颗粒联合宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉所致异常子宫出血的临床效果。方法随机选取2021年1月—2023年12月泗洪县第一人民医院妇产科收治的110例子宫内膜息肉所致异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组及治疗组,各55例。对照组行宫腔镜手术,术后常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用葆宫止血颗粒治疗,对比两组治疗前后的中医证候积分、子宫及月经情况、激素水平、完全止血时间和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的子宫内膜的厚度为(0.74±0.10)cm,月经失血程度评分为(82.14±7.32)分,低于对照组的(0.85±0.25)cm和(87.59±9.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.525、13.298,P均<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的泌乳素和卵泡刺激素水平低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组的完全止血时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉所致异常子宫出血采取葆宫止血颗粒联合宫腔镜治疗可有效缩短出血时间,改善激素水平、子宫及月经情况,降低不良反应发生率,临床疗效较好。Objective To study the clinical effect of Baogong Zhixue Granules combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 110 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Sihong County First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopy and routine treatment after operation.The treatment group was treated with Baogong Zhixue Granules on the basis of control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,uterine and menstrual conditions,hormone levels,complete hemostasis time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the treatment group was(0.74±0.10)cm,and the Pictorial Blood Loss Assessment Chart score was(82.14±7.32)points,which were lower than those of the control group(0.85±0.25)cm and(87.59±9.26)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.525,13.298,both P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of prolactin and follicle stimulating hormone in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of estradiol was higher than that in the control group,the differences were sta tistically significant(all P<0.05).The complete hemostasis time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the con trol group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statisti cally significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometr
