摘　　要：目的探究耐药结核患者应用利奈唑胺联合环丝氨酸治疗的效果。方法方便选取2022年2月—2024年2月苏州市第五人民医院收治的84例耐药结核患者为研究对象。根据不同的治疗方法分为研究组、对照组,各42例。对照组行环丝氨酸治疗,研究组加用利奈唑胺治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、血清因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的80.95%(34/42),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.086,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组临床症状改善时间及血清因子水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利奈唑胺联合环丝氨酸能够提高耐药结核患者的治疗效果,缩短临床症状改善时间,改善血清因子水平,安全性较好。Objective To explore the effect of linezolid combined with cycloserine in the treatment of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods A total of 84 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to the Suzhou Fifth People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cycloserine,and the study group was added with linezolid.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms,serum factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 80.95%(34/42)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.086,P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of clinical symptoms and serum factor levels in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Linezolid combined with cycloserine can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis,shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,improve the level of serum factors,and have good safety.
