放松训练联合减痛护理对混合痔患者术后疼痛和心理状态的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究混合痔手术患者应用放松训练联合减痛护理的作用。方法随机选取2023年1—12月临汾市人民医院收治的100例混合痔手术患者为研究对象。根据护理方式的不同分为研究组、对照组,各50例。对照组行一般护理,研究组加用放松训练联合减痛护理。比较两组的心理状态、疼痛程度、舒适程度及术后并发症发生情况。结果干预前,两组心理状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,研究组疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组舒适程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组舒适程度中生理(22.91±1.77)分、心理(23.47±1.82)分、社会(23.38±2.42)分、环境(23.95±3.37)分,均高于对照组的(18.32±1.55)分、(17.91±2.05)分、(18.69±1.77)分、(19.64±2.91)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.795、14.342、11.061、6.845,P均<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放松训练联合减痛护理能够改善混合痔手术患者的心理状态,提高舒适程度,降低疼痛程度,减少术后并发症。Objective To explore the effect of relaxation training combined with pain-reducing nursing on patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods From January to December 2023,100 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery admitted to Linfen People's Hospital were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing,and the study group was given relaxation training combined with pain relief nursing.The psychological state,pain degree,comfort degree and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in psychological status between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention,the pain degree of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in comfort between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the comfort degree of physiology was(22.91±1.77)points,psychology was(23.47±1.82)points,society was(23.38±2.42)points and environment was(23.95±3.37)points in the study group,which were higher than those in the control group's(18.32±1.55)points,(17.91±2.05)points,(18.69±1.77)points,(19.64±2.91)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=13.795,14.342,11.061,6.845,all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Relaxation training combined with pain relief nursing can improve the psychological state of patients with mixed hemorrhoids surgery,improve comfort,reduce pain,and reduce postoperative complications.
