摘　　要：疼痛症状可对创伤骨折患者的舒适度、心理状态及康复锻炼依从性等产生重要影响。本文对创伤骨折患者疼痛护理的相关研究成果进行简要综述,从药物镇痛、非药物镇痛以及中医护理技术3个方面入手,对临床常用的减痛措施进行分析,并就应用过程的要点、实践成效等展开讨论,以期为今后创伤骨折患者个性化疼痛护理方案的拟定提供参考。Pain symptoms can have an important impact on the comfort,psychological status and compliance with rehabilitation exercises of trauma fracture patients.In this paper,we briefly review the research results of pain care for patients with trauma fracture,analyse the commonly used clinical pain reduction measures from the aspects of pharmacological analgesia,non-pharmacological analgesia and traditional chinese medicine(TCM)nursing techniques,and discuss the key points of the application process and the effectiveness of the practice with the aim of providing references to the development of personalized pain care plans for patients with trauma fracture in the future.
