精细化护理模式对采用宫腔镜治疗异常子宫出血患者的护理效果

摘　　要：目的分析对接受宫腔镜手术治疗的异常子宫出血患者实施精细化护理对患者的护理效果。方法抽取2021年7月至2023年12月在我院接受宫腔镜手术治疗的异常子宫出血患者140例,以随机信封法分组,接受妇科常规护理的70例患者为对照组,接受精细化护理的70例患者为观察组,对比两组患者心理状态评分、疼痛水平评分、睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分及对护理效果的满意度。结果(1)干预后,观察组SAS及SDS评分均低于干预前,两项量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)干预后,观察组VAS及PSQI评分均低于干预前,两项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)干预后,观察组GQOL-74量表中躯体功能、社会功能以及心理功能、物质生活评分均高于干预前,四项指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)对照组护理满意度为85.71%,观察组为98.57%,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受宫腔镜手术治疗的异常子宫出血患者实施精细化护理可显著改善患者术后心理状态、疼痛水平、睡眠质量及生活质量,并可提升患者对护理的满意度。Objective Analyze the nursing effect of implementing refined nursing for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding undergoing hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 140 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2021 to December 2023,the 70 patients who received routine gynecological nursing were the control group,and the 70 patients who received refined nursing were the observation group.Psychological status scores,pain level scores,sleep quality scores,quality of life scores and satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups.Results(1)After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than before intervention,the scores of both scales were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)After intervention,the VAS and PSQI scores in the observation group were lower than before intervention,and both indicators were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)After intervention,the physical function,social function,psychological function,and material life scores on the GQOL-74 scale in the observation group were higher than before intervention,they were all higher than the control group(P<0.05).(4)The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 85.71%,while that of the observation group was 98.57%,the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Refined nursing care for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding undergoing hysteroscopic surgery can significantly improve their psychological status,pain level,quality of sleep and quality of life,and can promote the patient to the nursing satisfaction degree.
