阿托伐他汀钙联合脉血康治疗对冠心病患者血脂指标、心功能指标及炎性反应水平的影响

摘　　要：目的对冠心病患者采取阿托伐他汀钙+脉血康联合用药方案,研究分析联合用药对血脂指标、心功能指标及炎性反应水平的影响。方法选取本院2023年1月至2023年12月收治的冠心病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各40例,其中对照组单纯使用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组采取阿托伐他汀钙+脉血康联合用药。观察分析不同用药方案对血脂指标、心功能指标及炎性反应水平的影响。结果观察组用药后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、脑钠肽(NT-ProBNP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药后高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、每搏输出量(SV)、心排血量(CO)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、用药有效性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者采取阿托伐他汀钙+联合脉血康用药方案的疗效显著,能明显改善血脂指标、心功能指标及炎性反应水平,且用药有效性较高。Objective For coronary heart disease,atorvastatin calcium+pulse blood kang combination regimen was adopted,and the effects of the combination on blood lipid index,cardiac function index and inflammatory response level were analyzed.Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into two groups of control and observation according to the random number table.In 40 cases,the control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium alone,and the observation group took the combination of atorvastatin calcium+pulse blood kang.The effects of different medication regimens on blood lipid index,cardiac function index and inflammatory response level were observed and analyzed.Results After medication,the total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),brain natriuretic peptide(NT-ProBNP),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs CRP),and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),stroke output(SV),cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and drug effectiveness in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In patients with coronary heart disease,atorvastatin calcium combined with Mai Xuecang has a significant effect,which can significantly improve blood lipid indexes,cardiac function indexes and inflammatory response levels,and the drug is highly effective.
