摘　　要：目的探究桡骨远端骨折治疗中应用改良Henry入路保留旋前方肌方法的价值。方法研究纳入2019年3月至2024年3月综合临床各项检查结果满足桡骨远端骨折并接受治疗的患者87例,分组以随机数字表法进行,对照组44例行改良Henry入路离断旋前方肌手术干预方案,观察组43例行改良Henry入路保留旋前方肌干预方案。对两组临床指标、影像学指标、不良事件发生情况进行比较分析。结果观察组各项临床指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后8周,观察组各项影像学指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。总不良事件占比相较于对照组,观察组占比更低(P<0.05)。结论改良Henry入路保留旋前方肌治疗方法,在控制手术持续时长及术中出血情况方面有着明显优势,可减轻疼痛感,促进骨折愈合,改善影像学相关指标,减少相关不良事件的发生。Objective To explore the value of using the modified Henry approach to preserve the pronator muscle in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods A total of 87 patients whose comprehensive clinical examination results met the diagnostic criteria for distal radius fracture from March 2019 to March 2024 were included in the study,the patients were divided into groups using a random number table method.44 patients in the control group received the modified Henry approach to detangle the pronator muscle and 43 patients in the observation group received the modified Henry approach to preserve the pronator muscle.Clinical indicators,imaging indicators and adverse events of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical indexes of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).At 8 weeks after operation,the imaging indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of total adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The improved henry approach with preservation of the pronator muscle has significant advantages in controlling the duration of surgery and intraoperative bleeding,relieve pain,promote fracture healing,improve image-related indicators,and reduce the occurrence of related adverse events.
