摘 要:目的探讨盐酸二甲双胍缓释片联合饮食控制、运动疗法治疗社区2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取我院接收的426例2型糖尿病患者为对象,案例纳入时间为2022年3月至2023年3月,用随机数字表法分组,各213例,对照组开展常规盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合饮食控制、运动疗法治疗。对比两组血糖指标、血脂指标及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者神经病变等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者积极实施盐酸二甲双胍缓释片联合饮食控制、运动疗法治疗,可有效提高临床控糖效果,降低患者血糖、血脂指标,减少相关并发症发生。Objective To investigate the effect of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with diet control and exercise therapy on type 2 diabetes mellitus in community.Methods Four hundred and twenty-six patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the subjects,and the cases were divided into 213 cases each by random number table method.The control group received conventional metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablet treatment,and the observation group was combined with diet control and exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.Blood glucose index,blood lipid index and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The indexes of low density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride and total cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neuropathy and other complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The active implementation of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with diet control and exercise therapy can effectively improve the clinical glycemic control effect,reduce blood glucose and lipid indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes,and reduce the occurrence of related complications.
