地屈孕酮联合烯丙雌醇治疗先兆流产患者的保胎效果

摘　　要：目的探讨地屈孕酮联合烯丙雌醇治疗先兆流产患者的保胎效果。方法取2021年10月至2023年10月福清市第五医院妇产科接收的先兆流产患者,共计80例作为本次研究对象,根据随机数字表法进行分组,将其分为试验组和对照组各40例。其中试验组患者施以地屈孕酮片联合烯丙雌醇治疗,对照组则施以单一地屈孕酮片治疗。对比两组先兆早产患者的治疗效果,患者性激素指标的变化情况,同时对患者子宫血流好转现象及最终妊娠结局改善度进行统计分析。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率、性激素指标、子宫血流指标、妊娠结局均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮联合烯丙雌醇治疗先兆流产患者具有较好的临床改善作用,可缓解性激素指标和子宫血流状态异常现象,促进胎儿的正常生长发育,改善母婴结局,其保胎效果更佳。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of dydrogesterone and allylestrenol on the preservation of pregnancy in patients with threatened miscarriage.Methods A total of 80 patients with threatened abortion received by the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the Fifth Hospital of Fuqing City from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the objects of this study,and were divided into the trial group and the control group with 40 cases each according to the random number table method.The trial group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets combined with allylestrenol,while the control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets alone.The therapeutic effect and sex hormone indexes of the two groups of patients with threatened preterm labor were compared,and the improvement of uterine blood flow and the final pregnancy outcome were statistically analyzed.Results Overall effective rate of treatment,sex hormone indexes,uterine blood flow indexes,and pregnancy outcome of patients in the trial group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination therapy of dydrogesterone and allylestrenol has a good clinical improvement effect on patients with threatened miscarriage,alleviating abnormal sex hormone indicators and uterine blood flow status,promoting normal fetal growth and development,improving maternal and infant outcomes,and achieving better fetal protection effects.
