摘　　要：目的分析1~8岁患儿中手足口病传播特征的年龄差异。方法选择2022年1月至2023年10月台江区洋中街道社区卫生服务中心的300例手足口病患儿。采用回顾式分析方法,对于患儿的手足口病传播特征进行分析。结果从年龄差异来看,本研究调查的300例患儿当中,90%以上属于4岁以下患儿,其中1~2岁年龄组的患儿发病人数最多,占比为40%。从传播感染的时间分布特征上来看,每年的4~7月往往出现首个发病高峰,第2个发病高峰在9~11月也就是双高峰情况在手足口病的传播上是较为常见的。结论加强对手足口病的针对性管理和控制,尤其是加强对1~2岁低龄幼儿的疫苗接种,把握好传播的高峰节点,进行针对性的管理,能够强化对手足口病的预防和管控。Objective To analyze the age differences in the transmission characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease among children aged 1 to 8 years old.Methods A total of 300 children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease were selected from Yangzhong Community Health Service Center of Taijiang District from January 2022 to October 2023.The transmission characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children were analyzed by retrospective analysis.Results From the perspective of age differences,more than 90%of the 300 patients surveyed in this article belong to infants and young children under 4 years old.Among them,the 1-2 year old age group has the highest incidence of the disease,accounting for 40%.From the time distribution characteristics of infection transmission,the first peak of incidence often occurs from April to July each year,and the second peak occurs from September to November,which is a common double peak situation in the transmission of hand-foot-and-mouth disease.Conclusions Strengthening targeted management and control of hand-foot-and-mouth disease,especially strengthening vaccination for young children aged 1-2,grasping the peak transmission points,and implementing targeted management,can strengthen the prevention and control of hand,foot,and mouth disease.
