中药安神剂酸枣仁汤加减与西药阿普唑仑治疗失眠症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究酸枣仁汤与阿普唑仑联合用于治疗失眠症的效果,为失眠症的中西医结合治疗提供新的研究方向。方法选取2023年4月至2024年3月我院收治的80例失眠症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例,观察组接受酸枣仁汤加减与阿普唑仑联合用药,对照组接受阿普唑仑单药治疗,治疗时间均为4周。比较两组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)得分、总体临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后观察组患者PSQI评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酸枣仁汤联合阿普唑仑治疗失眠症效果可靠,可有效改善患者睡眠质量,整体效果优于阿普唑仑单一用药方案,且减少了不良反应的发生。Objective To study the effect of the combination of Suanzaoren decoction and alprazolam in the treatment of insomnia,and provide a new research direction for the integrated treatment of insomnia with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods Eighty insomnia patients who received treatment at our hospital from April 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the experimental subjects.The 80 subjects were divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.The observation group received Suanzao Ren Decoction combined with alprazolam,and the control group received alprazolam monotherapy,and the treatment time was 4 weeks.Compare the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,overall clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the PSQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group patients(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Suanzaoren decoction and alprazolam is reliable in treating insomnia and can effectively improve patients’sleep quality.The overall effect is better than that of alprazolam monotherapy and reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions.
