济川煎中药颗粒冲剂联合酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片治疗老年功能性便秘患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探究济川煎中药颗粒冲剂联合酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片治疗老年功能性便秘(FC)患者的效果及对中医证候积分的影响。方法回顾连江县琯头镇中心卫生院160例老年FC患者2022年5月至2024年6月的病历资料,按药物治疗方案差异分两组。以接受济川煎中药颗粒冲剂联合酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片治疗的80例患者列为试验组,以接受酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片治疗的80例患者列为对照组。对比两组疗效、治疗前及治疗28 d后中医证候积分、不良反应发生率。结果试验组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组治疗28 d后排便困难,大便干结、小便清长,腰膝酸软中医证候积分更低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论济川煎中药颗粒冲剂联合酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片治疗老年FC患者不仅能进一步提升疗效,缓解病情,且给药安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of Jichuan-decoction Chinese medicine granules combined with Clostridium butyricum enterococcus trifoliate tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with functional constipation(FC)and the influence on TCM syndrome score.Methods The medical records of 160 elderly patients with FC from May 2022 to June 2024 in Guantou Town Central Health Center of Lianjiang County were reviewed and divided into two groups according to the difference of drug treatment.Eighty patients treated with Jichuanjian Chinese medicine granules combined with Clostridium butyricum enterococcus trifecta tablets were classified as trial group,and eighty patients treated with Clostridium butyricum enterococcus trifecta tablets were classified as control group.The efficacy,TCM syndrome score before treatment and 28 days after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the trial group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,after 28 days of treatment,the trial group had difficulty in constipation,dry stool,clear urination,and lower TCM syndrome scores of lumbar and knee pain and softness(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Jichuan Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine granule combined with Clostridium butyricum enterococcus trifoliate tablets can not only further improve the curative effect and alleviate the condition,but also have high administration safety.
