手术室护士对隔离技术的认知及实施态度的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解手术室护士对隔离技术的认知及实施态度,为提高手术室护士隔离技术执行情况提供参考。方法对某三甲医院11名手术室护士进行访谈,收集资料并整理分析。结果(1)行为态度:手术室护士对隔离技术的积极态度、不了解隔离技术丰富内涵、缺乏隔离技术相关知识。(2)主观规范:自我感知压力增加、工作团队的影响。(3)知觉行为控制:对手术隔离技术认知能力不足、缺乏相关制度与流程、工作负荷过重、缺乏相关管理能力的培训。结论目前隔离技术规范不健全、管理未得到足够重视。为加强手术隔离技术的行为管理,建议强化专业知识,优化手术隔离技术操作流程,构建手术隔离技术管理体系。Objective To understand the cognition and implementation attitude of nurses in operating room to isolation technology,and to provide reference for improving the implementation of isolation technology for nurses in operating room.Methods Eleven operating room nurses in a 3A hospital were interviewed and the interview data were sorted and analyzed.Results(1)The behavior attitude:the positive attitude of operating room nurses towards isolation technology,the lack of understanding of the rich connotation of isolation technology and the lack of relevant knowledge of isolation technology.(2)Subjective norms:the increase of self-perceived pressure and the influence of work team.(3)Perception and behavior control:lack of cognitive ability of operating room nurses on surgical isolation technology,lack of relevant systems and processes,overload of operating room,and lack of training on management ability of surgical isolation technology.Conclusions At present,the isolation technology specification is not perfect and management has not been paid enough attention.In order to further strengthen the behavior management of surgical isolation technology,it is suggested to strengthen professional knowledge,optimize the operation process of surgical isolation technology,and build a management system of surgical isolation technology.
