6S精细化护理管理在手术室护理中的应用效果及对患者心理状况的影响

摘　　要：目的分析6S精细化护理管理用于手术室护理中的效果及对患者心理状况的影响。方法抽取于吉林大学中日联谊医院接受手术治疗的患者100例(2023年2月至2024年2月),以随机信封法分组,有50例患者接受常规护理,为对照组,在常规护理的基础上接受6S精细化护理管理的50例患者为观察组。对比两组心理状况评分、护理质量评分、并发症发生率,并对比护理满意度。结果干预前,两组心理状况评分(SAS、SDS)对比差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;干预后,两组心理状况均有所改善,组间对比,观察组相关量表评分均更低,P<0.05;观察组护理质量评分各项分值均比对照组高,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率比对照组低,护理满意度比对照组高,P<0.05。结论6S精细化护理管理用在手术室护理中时,可显著改善患者心理状况,并可提高护理质量及护理满意度,降低患者并发症发生风险。Objective To analyze the effect of 6S refined nursing management in the operating room nursing process and its influence on the psychological status of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided by random envelope method.50 patients receiving routine care were selected as control group,and 50 patients receiving 6S refined nursing management on the basis of routine care were selected as observation group.The psychological status score,nursing quality score,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups.Results Before the intervention,the difference between the two groups’psychological condition scores(SAS,SDS)was no statistically significant,P>0.05.After the intervention,the psychological condition of the two groups improved,and the scores of the relevant scales of the observation group were lower in the intergroup comparison,P<0.05.The scores of the quality of care scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.The rate of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the degree of satisfaction with nursing care was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions When 6S refined nursing management is applied in operating room nursing,it can significantly improve the psychological condition of patients,enhance nursing quality and satisfaction,and reduce the risk of patient complications.
