整体责任制护理在无痛分娩助产中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨无痛分娩助产中实行整体责任制护理的临床效果。方法选取2021年10月至2023年10月我院82例无痛分娩产妇,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组;前组41例实行常规护理,后组41例实行整体责任制护理;比较两组心理状态、分娩指标、分娩方式、母婴并发症发生率。结果干预后,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组第一、第二、第三、总产程时间更短,产后2 h出血量更低,且不良母婴结局发生率更低(P<0.05);对比两组的分娩方式,观察组自然分娩率更高(P<0.05)。结论针对无痛分娩产妇开展整体责任制护理,可减轻产妇的负性情绪,减少产后出血,降低不良母婴结局发生风险,并提高自然分娩率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of overall responsibility nursing in painless delivery.Methods Eighty-two women with painless delivery in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.Forty-one cases in the former group were given routine nursing,while 41 cases in the latter group were given holistic responsibility nursing.The psychological state,delivery index,delivery mode and the incidence of maternal and infant complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups showed a downward trend,and the downward trend was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the first,second,third and total labor time of the observation group was shorter,the postpartum blood loss was lower 2 h,and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the delivery methods of the two groups,the natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Carrying out holistic responsibility nursing for painless delivery women can reduce their negative emotions,postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the risk of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,and improve the natural delivery rate.
