摘 要:目的研究雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸联合支气管镜灌洗治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(mycoplasma pneu‐moniae pneumonia,MPP)的疗效。方法方便选取2022年1月—2023年12月连云港市妇幼保健院收治的92例MPP患儿为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组接受支气管镜灌洗治疗,研究组加用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗,比较两组临床症状持续时间、炎症指标、免疫功能、并发症发生情况。结果研究组咳嗽持续时间(4.19±1.01)d、气促持续时间(2.31±0.47)d均短于对照组的(5.51±1.13)d、(3.29±0.86)d,差异有统计学意义(t=5.907、6.782,P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎症指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组免疫功能指标水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组免疫功能指标水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸联合支气管镜灌洗可降低儿童MPP炎症水平,改善患儿免疫功能,提高整体治疗效果,且安全性高。Objective To study the efficacy of aerosol inhalation of acetylcysteine combined with bronchoscopic lavage in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in children.Methods A total of 92 children with MPP admitted to Lianyungang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into control group and study group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bronchoscopy lavage,and the study group was treated with acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation.The duration of clinical symptoms,inflammatory indexes,immune function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of cough(4.19±1.01)d and shortness of breath(2.31±0.47)d in the study group were shorter than(5.51±1.13)d and(3.29±0.86)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.907,6.782,both P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in inflammatory indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of immune function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of immune function index in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Atomization inhalation of acetylcysteine combined with bronchoscopy lavage can reduce the level of MPP inflammation in children,improve the immune function of children,improve the overall treatment effect,and have high safety.
