米曲菌胰酶片辅助治疗对功能性消化不良患者胃排空率和消化功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨米曲菌胰酶片辅助治疗功能性消化不良患者的效果及对胃排空率和消化功能的影响。方法便利选取2020年4月—2023年12月扬州洪泉医院收治的95例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(n=47)予以伊托必利+雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组(n=48)加用米曲菌胰酶片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,胃肠动力指标及胃肠激素分泌状态,并检测肠道菌群水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃排空率(62.56±5.48)%、胃窦收缩次数(4.52±0.96)次/min、收缩幅度(54.08±6.15)mm,均高于对照组的(55.64±5.32)%、(3.76±1.22)次/min、(47.46±6.02)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=6.243、3.378、5.301,P均<0.05)。观察组胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、Ⅱ与胃泌素-17均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌均高于对照组,肠杆菌低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论米曲菌胰酶片辅助治疗功能性消化不良效果确切,能提升胃排空及消化功能,可改善肠道菌群平衡。Objective To investigate the effect of Aspergillus oryzae trypsin tablets in adjuvant treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia and its effect on gastric emptying rate and digestive function.Methods Ninety-five patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to Yangzhou Hongquan Hospital from April 2020 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=47)was treated with itopride+Rabeprazole,and the observation group(n=48)was treated with oryzae pancrease tablets.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal motility index and gastrointestinal hormone secretion status of the two groups were compared,and the level of intestinal flora was detected.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,gastric empties rate(62.56±5.48)%,antrum contractions(4.52±0.96)times/min,contraction amplitude of the gastic body(54.08±6.15)mm,which were higher than those of control group(55.64±5.32)%,(3.76±1.22)times/min and(47.46±6.02)mm,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.243,3.378,5.301,all P<0.05).PepsinogenⅠ,Ⅱand gastrin 17 in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of Lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the level of enterobacterium was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of functional dyspepsia with Aspergillus oryzae pancrease tablets is effective,can improve gastric empting and digestive function,and can improve intestinal flora balance.
