微信延续性护理在腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术患者中的应用及对其自护能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术患者实施微信延续性护理的效果及对其自护能力的影响。方法便利选取2022年2月—2023年5月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的74例腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方法将其分为两组,每组37例。对照组术后实施常规护理,观察组术后实施微信延续性护理,对比两组的遵医依从性、自护能力、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组遵医依从性和自我护理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组生存质量指数和护理满意度分别为(132.75±6.83)分、(95.54±4.35)分,均高于对照组的(124.63±6.71)分、(90.25±4.57)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.159、5.100,P均<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术患者实施微信延续性护理可以有效提高其遵医依从性,提升其自护能力,改善其生活质量和护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat continuous nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair and its influence on their self-care ability.Methods A total of 74 patients with laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from February 2022 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,and the observation group was given WeChat continuous nursing after operation.The compliance,self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of compliance and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life index and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were(132.75±6.83)points and(95.54±4.35)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(124.63±6.71)points and(90.25±4.57)points,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.159,5.100,both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of WeChat continuous nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair is significant.It can effectively improve their compliance with medical treatment,improve their self-care ability,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
