颈肩腰腿痛采取针灸联合益气舒筋汤治疗的效果及对患者疼痛程度、活动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研讨颈肩腰腿痛采取针灸联合益气舒筋汤治疗的效果及对患者疼痛程度、活动功能的影响。方法随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月武夷山市立医院接诊治疗的100例颈肩腰腿痛患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分组,每组50例,对照组仅接受针灸处理,观察组基于对照组施加益气舒筋汤温服,比较两组的方案疗效、中医证候评分、疼痛状况以及活动功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.061,P=0.014)。治疗后,观察组痛有定处、肿胀、活动受限的中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,疼痛持续时间短于对照组,发作频次少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组临床颈椎病评价量表、Constant-Murley评分法、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数评分以及Lysholm膝关节评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针灸与益气舒筋汤联合治疗能够提升对颈肩腰腿痛患者的治疗效果,缓解患者的症状与疼痛状况,并加快其活动功能恢复。Objective To study the effect of acupuncture combined with Yiqi Shujin Decoction in the treatment of pain in neck shoulder lowback and leg and its influence on the degree of pain and activity function of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with pain in neck shoulder lowback and leg who were admitted to Wuyishan Municipal Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected randomly as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group only received acupuncture treatment.The observation group was treated with Yiqi Shujin Decoction based on the control group.The efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,pain status and activity function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 80.00%(40/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.061,P=0.014).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of pain,swelling and limited activity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the duration of pain was shorter than that of the control group,and the frequency of attack was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis,Constant-Murley Score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores and Lysholm Knee Score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Yiqi Shujin decoction can improve the therapeutic effect on patients with pain in neck shoulder low-back and leg,more effectively relieve the symptoms and pain of patients,and accelerate the recovery
