摘  要:目的:探讨上肢机器人训练联合电磁聚焦式体外冲击波(ESWT)对肩峰下滑囊炎(SAB)患者肩关节功能的影响。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月于苏州市中医医院康复医学科门诊就诊的60例SAB患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用电磁聚焦式ESWT治疗,试验组患者在此基础上联合上肢机器人训练进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肩关节主动活动度(AROM)及肩关节功能量表(CMS)情况。结果:治疗后,试验组患者VAS低于对照组,外展角度、前屈角度、外旋角度及CMS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.54、-6.25、-4.27、-4.84、-6.65,P<0.05)。结论:上肢机器人训练联合电磁聚焦式ESWT可显著缓解SAB患者肩痛情况,改善患者肩关节功能,从而提高其日常生活能力。Objective:To investigate the effects of upper limb robot training combined with electromagnetic focused extracorporeal shock wave on shoulder joint function of patients with subacromial bursitis.Methods:60 patients with subacromial bursitis were selected,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received electromagnetic focused extracorporeal shock wave therapy,and the experimental group received upper limb robot training combined with electromagnetic focused shock wave therapy.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),shoulder Active Range of Motion(AROM)and Constant-Murley Scale(CMS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,VAS score of experimental group was lower than control group,abduction angle,anterior flexion angle,external rotation angle and CMS score were higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.54,-6.25,-4.27,-4.84,-6.65;P<0.05).Conclusion:Upper limb robot training combined with electromagnetic focused extracorporeal shock wave can significantly relieve shoulder pain in patients with subacromial bursitis,improve shoulder joint function,and enhance daily living ability.
