双胎输血综合征研究热点和发展趋势的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的利用文本挖掘技术探究双胎输血综合征(TTTS)的研究热点和发展趋势,为科研人员开展进一步研究提供线索。方法在PubMed中检索TTTS相关研究,利用书目共现分析软件(BICOMB)和gCLUTO软件对数据进行处理,形成TTTS研究热点和发展趋势。结果共检索到2337篇文献,形成5个研究热点,分别为TTTS的治疗方法、疾病诊断、病理生理、疾病流行病学及治疗预后和TTTS导致胎儿不良预后及复杂双胎产前诊断。结论TTTS治疗方面的研究相对比较成熟,其病理生理学、流行病学及诊断方面的研究与其他研究联系较为紧密,但相关研究不够成熟。关于TTTS不良预后及复杂双胎的产前诊断是临床较为关注的问题,但相关研究发展不够成熟,进一步研究的空间较大。Objective To explore the research hotspots and publication status of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome(TTTS)by text mining technology,and provide clues for researchers to carry out further research.Methods TTTS related literatures were retrieved in PubMed,and Bibliographic Item Co-occurrence Matrix Builder(BICOMB)and gCLUTO were used to process and analyze data,and then to form research hotspot and development trend of TTTS.Results A total of 2337 literatures were retrieved and 5 research hotspots were analysed:therapy,diagnosis,pathophysiology,epidemiology and prognosis of TTTS and prenatal diagnosis of complex multifetation and poor fetal prognosis lead by TTTS.Conclusion Research on the therapy of TTTS is relatively mature,the researchon pathophysiology,epidemiology and diagnosis of TTTS has close relationship with other hotspots,but relevant studiesare immature.Prenatal diagnosis of complex twin and poor prognosis of TTTS has high clinical attention,but the development of relevant research is immature,and there is large room for further research.
