复肾降浊胶囊结合肠内营养治疗慢性肾衰竭伴营养不良的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨复肾降浊胶囊结合肠内营养治疗慢性肾衰竭伴营养不良的效果与安全性。方法纳入2021年12月至2023年3月收治的慢性肾衰竭伴营养不良患者152例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组(76例)与观察组(76例),对照组患者接受常规治疗和肠内营养治疗,观察组患者则在对照组治疗基础上接受复肾降浊胶囊治疗,评估两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、炎症因子水平和外周血中营养指标参数、主观营养状态评分以及用药不良反应情况。结果治疗3个月后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血红蛋白(Hb)、血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TRF)水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组主观整体评估表(SGA)评分、生存质量测定量表(WHO-QOL-100)评分提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复肾降浊胶囊结合肠内营养治疗慢性肾衰竭伴营养不良效果确切,治疗后患者临床症状、免疫功能及营养状况、生活质量均明显改善,不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Fushen Jiangzhuo Capsule combined with enteral nutrition in the treatment of chronic renal failure with malnutrition.Methods A total of 152 patients admitted from December 2021 to March 2023 with chronic renal failure and malnutrition were included in this study,they were assigned into control group(76 cases)and observation group(76 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment and enteral nutrition,while the observation group received Fushen Jiangturuo Capsule in addition to the treatment provided to the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,nutritional indexes in peripheral blood,subjective nutritional status scores and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin(Hb),total serum protein(TP),serum albumin(ALB),serum prealbumin(PA),and transferrin(TRF)increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The subjective overall assessment(SGA)scores and quality of life measurement scale(WHO-QOL-100)scores of the two groups improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Fushen Jiangzhuo Capsules and enteral nutrition is effective in treating chronic renal failure with malnutrition.After treatment,patients’clinical symptoms,immune function,nutritional status,and quality of life are significantly improved,with few adverse reactions and high safety.
